The project is located in the town of Martin, which has excellent logistics accessibility and connection to the D1 motorway Žilina - Dubná Skala - Ružomberok. The entrance to the area is from the local road Ul. Československej armády.

The strong infrastructure development is a strong prerequisite for the Martin and Žilina surroundings to create a significant logistics hub, making this project an attractive investment not only now but in the future.
