The largest brownfield project in northern Slovakia representing the revitalization of three industrial production and storage halls with a total area of 73,000 m². The halls are located in the ZŤS area in the industrial zone of the town of Martin. The strong infrastructure development in the Žilina Region creates great potential to create a significant logistics hub between the cities of Martin and Žilina (Twin City).
Represents the reconstruction of the 17-aisle hall T42 with a total area of about 42,000 m², which will create production and operational premises suitable for various purposes. The supporting structure consisting of steel supporting elements will be preserved. A completely new cladding and a roof in accordance with the currently valid heat-technical standardare considered within the reconstruction. The hall consists of one unit which can be adapted to the needs of future clients.
The clients can also consider using the existing overhead cranes for internal transport of materials and products for which the hall is statically adapted. The reconstruction is planned for March-December 2020.
